fridge, cooker, grill, microwave, television, freeview, gas fire heating plus electric fan heater etc.

1 double bedroom with en-suite facilities, 1 smaller bedroom with two child/adult single beds with wardrobes,

large comfortable lounge with sofa converting to a double bed, kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower.

Smoke alarms fitted, electricity and gas are included in the price. Duvets and Pillows are supplied

but you need to bring your own bedding and towels etc.
