Lakeside as changed into a destination for couples and families only

From 1st September 2024 Lakeside is primarily catering to couples and families. Our booking policy has been updated to reflect this focus. Here are the key points of our new policy.

Booking Eligibility

For New Guests:

• We regret that we cannot accept bookings from single people who have not visited Lakeside before.

• If you are booking as a couple or family please click here ​

For single people

   *that booked before 1st of September 2024 you are still welcome to visit your             booking is safe

For returning single Guests:

• If you have stayed with us in the past and are a single traveller, you may still be able to book.

• To make a reservation,

• You will need to use the email address that you have previously used to book with. if you have changed your email address you must provide your previous booking number or the date of your last stay "see example below"

Cancellations

If you have already made a booking and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately

Our standard cancellation policy applies, which typically requires notification by noon the day before arrival to avoid full charges.

Permanent Pitch Holders

If you have a permanent pitch at Lakeside, this new policy does not affect you in any way. Your arrangements remain unchanged.
